We dive deep into the book, talking theories we have about the book, Poppy, the world and the lore in the Kingdom of Solis and beyond!
In this epsiode we talk about Kieran and Poppy feeding from him, and we dive DEEP into all of our feelings, both good and bad about how we felt reading that interaction. We discuss Poppy, and how she won’t allow Reaver to kill but then goes ahead and does it herself, and how this doesn’t truly feel like the Poppy we have come to know in the last few books. Then we go over the group getting captured and heading to Caradonia, what we think and feel about that. In this section, we also find out that Poppy’s birthday is the summer Solstice, which doesn’t not feel like just a random date picked, but will it mean more as we find out more details about the summer solstice?? We end off with Poppy finally getting to see Cas, and all the emotions that are tied to that reunion.
